Questions
What to expect from training
Honest answers about how we work, what we teach, and who we are not for.

What will my dog learn in six sessions?
Most dogs learn to respond to sit, down, stay, come, and leave it in low-distraction settings, and begin practicing loose-leash walking and calm greetings. Progress depends on your dog's age, history, and how much you practice between visits.
Do you work with aggressive dogs?
We teach reactivity management and impulse control for dogs who lunge, bark, or pull toward other dogs or people. We do not diagnose behavior disorders or work with dogs who have bitten and caused injury; those cases need a veterinary behaviorist.
What is included in the six-session package?
Six weekly 90-minute sessions at your home, a custom training plan, practice exercises and handouts, email support between sessions, and progress notes after each visit. Treats, toys, and any veterinary care are not included.
What do I need to bring or have ready?
Your dog, a collar and leash, and treats your dog enjoys. For private sessions, clear a space at home where your dog can move freely; for group classes, we provide the training area and equipment.
How does payment work?
Write to us through the contact form to request a plan; we reply within one business day to schedule a free consultation. After you confirm your start date, you pay once.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
Cancel by writing through the contact form at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. For board-and-train programs, cancel at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
Who is this not for?
We do not offer protection or guard dog training, breeding advice, or veterinary behavior diagnoses. If your dog has bitten and caused injury, or shows signs of a medical or neurological issue, start with a veterinary behaviorist.
When does training start?
Training is scheduled individually after a free 30-minute consultation where we meet your dog and discuss your goals.
